Jackie Murfitt dealt with my house sale back in January, which was exemplary so I had no hesitation in utilising her services again for this new house purchase. OUR SITUATION WAS A DIFFICULT ONE IN THE SENSE THAT OUR BUYER CHANGED SOLICITORS IN THE COURSE OF THE PURCHASE WHICH MEANT WE AS SELLERS DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND ANNA HALL DID A MAGNIFICENT JOB TRACKING THE CONVEYANCING - NOT EASY BUT SHE DID IT.

Well where do I start and what can I say! Apart from thank you so much you’re the best! Charlie originally helped us last year when my son bought his first flat and it was totally seamless, it was just a case of we sat there, with out feet up and let her do the legal bits and bobs (probably more than we realise), totally painless and no issues at all! Based on this we used her again this year when we sold a bungalow and yet again, just left her to it! with no problems whatsoever! so professional but down to earth, someone who you know you can instantly put your trust in and relate to, made both the buying and selling really uncompleted! In the future I would not hesitate to use the lovely Charlie again and all I can finish with is, thank you so much poppet!

Charlie recently handled the conveyancing for my house move and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service. Charlie was fantastic throughout the whole process – professional, efficient, incredibly responsive and always happy to explain what was happening or chase things when needed. From start to finish Charlie was absolutely amazing, she was always on point with the communication and keeping me updated with anything that was going on. With such a tight deadline to acheive, Charlie absolutely hit that target and more, super impressed with the work.
