Vursha was excellent, very detail-orientated and kept us in the loop. Irida and Devki also helped keep us informed and we always got a call back or response promptly. We were very impressed with Vursha’s work - the solicitors working for the seller of our purchase property were unhelpful and slow to respond but Vursha ensured that we got over the finish line. We are delighted with our new home and very grateful.

Required the service of a sell solicitor to streamline and facilitate the auction procedure for two pubs in Manchester. The legal aspects were more intricate than typical auction properties due to outdated documentation, rental arrears, and unusual leasehold agreements and land registry, further complicated by it being sold with active, unexpired tenant contracts. My initial experience with the solicitors was somewhat challenging due to slight communication difficulties across three parties (auction company, me and solicitor) and given my limited understanding and knowledge it inevitably leads to some confusion though It's common for challenges to surface when the situation is complex. However, as we progressed, I found my self no longer 'stuck between a rock and a hard legal form' which I was responsible for filling out - Consequently, my limited knowledge no longer had to hinder the efficiency on the other end and the solicitor can get to work. The solicitor consequently handled the matter with remarkable efficiency and speed. The latter part of the process was extremely smooth, allowing me to feel at ease as if everything was effortlessly managed in the background Requiring minimal effort on my part. Over all because of this my experience was extremely positive and I thoroughly appreciate and value the service I was provided with and would highly recommend.

Amphlett Lissimore was recommended to me by my broker for my most recent house purchase. Nigel Mathews primarily handled this purchase and was an outstanding solicitor who went above and beyond for us. He had to deal with one of the most frustrating solicitors (Optima), but still managed to complete the task within the timescale he originally specified to us. I cannot thank Joe Matthews conveyancing Execuctive enough for his outstanding support. Joe originally helped me purchase a lovely retirement home, and it was absolutely perfect for me. However, I later decided to move back to Jamaica, so I needed to sell the property while no longer living in the UK. Preliminary advice about getting a divorce. Initial consultation was very helpful and reassuring. Process was explained clearly and questions answered. Solicitor had a calm manner and gave time for me to process what was being discussed and next steps forward.
