Wendy Rixon

Following the death of our father, we had used the services of Peter Williams for conveyancing purposes and received a very good service. When a long lost brother brought forward a claim on Dad's Will, Peter recommended Wendy Rixon to take this forward for us. We were initally very worried but Wendy was calm, reassuring and very knowledgeable which put us at ease immediately. Each step of the way, Wendy took the time to explain the process, next steps and our options in detail. She was so friendly and approachable and always made time to dicsuss any questions we had. We are so grateful that we had Wedndy on our side to make this very difficult time so much more bearable I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Wendy to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

Professional help.

A wonderful solicitor (Louisa Bazett) she is very helpful and friendly.
I can always rely on her in any crisis situation. She always tries to answer all my questions and always finds time for me.
Louisa helped me and my son a lot.
Without her professional help, I would definitely be in a very bad situation.
Louisa help people who are struggling with domestic abuse, mental abuse in the family, problems with their ex-partner and establishing custody of their children. I recommend it with all my heart.

Avoid - never reply and most of the information on contract was wrong

The worse solicitors I have ever seem, whenever call their solicitors and just said she was in meetings.
The funny things was that my name, deposit amount, break clause etc was all wrong.
I was feeling that they was so rude and arrogant

Zero stars not available

I have withheld from posting this review as I was allowing Taylor Rose time to address my concerns. However, they have been unable or unwilling to do so.

We purchased a leasehold property and we were not made aware at the time of purchase about the implications of a specific clause in our lease which has now become apparent as we are trying to sell the property. I emailed our original contact 4 months ago but got no response. I tried to escalate it but despite consistently being told that it is being looked into I have received no actual response to my query for over a month.

This is on top of other issues during conveyancing, where we felt rushed and didn't receive any genuine advice. We were treated like we fully understand the process of purchasing a house and were often rushed despite it being our first purchase.

Appalling service with zero customer care. Avoid at all costs.

The CTS breach was in the news, yet Taylor Rose continued to avoid answering a clear question "have you suffered a personal data breach".

7 Months to process a house purchase, and still going

I had the worst experience dealing with Taylor Rose. I understand that solicitors are slow and a house purchase is always painful. But Taylor Rose made it especially difficult for me with no replies to emails or calls for weeks, when managing to get a reply, it was with no information or value and wouldn't move the process forward at all. I had a change of solicitor half way through the process and it got even worse. They also had a cyber attack so lost the file, 6 months in. No comments from customer care, no help with the lack of communication, so had to cancel the process and start again with a different solicitor.

They also sent me a much higher bill "by mistake"

Taylor Rose represented us as a buyer of a residential property. We had great experience with them. We had a very tough time with the solicitors and the property managers of the sellers and Taylor Rose helped us to sail through the deal very well. They were very good even with getting out licence of alteration done which was stuck until I involved them.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Selin and Neil from Taylor Rose Me when purchasing our flat, and we couldn't be more satisfied with their services. They exhibited exceptional expertise, especially in drafting agreements and ensuring that all necessary documents were delivered promptly.

Their responsiveness was truly remarkable, and their knowledge of the real estate market was evident throughout the process. What truly stood out was their unwavering commitment to pushing the other parties involved in the transaction. Their proactive approach and dedication to keeping the process on track were instrumental in ensuring a smooth and successful outcome. We’d like to extend our gratitute particularly to Selin, who was our point of contact and she was absolutely amazing!

I highly recommend and their team for anyone in need of top-notch legal assistance in property transactions. Their ability to drive the entire process was truly impressive and made a significant difference in my experience.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Neil and Selin from Taylor Rose, and we can't praise them enough for their outstanding service. From the moment we started the house-purchasing process, they were incredibly courteous, helpful, and attentive to our needs. They patiently explained every step along the way and were always available to answer our questions. Their friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. We're extremely happy and grateful for the time we spent working with them, and we're eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to collaborate with them again in the future. Thank you, Neil and Selin, for making our house-buying journey a smooth and memorable one! Ekaterina and Dede

Taylor Rose were excellent conveyancers for us and managed both the buy and sell side with minimum fuss and much quicker than other processes I've been told about. Neil and Selin were responsive and clear and were really helpful at the business end of the deal when it can become stressful. We'd thoroughly recommend them!
