We found this firm, slow, uncommunicative and uninformative during what was a very stressful time for an 85 year old. We would not recommend them and would not use them again.

The process of getting my will drafted two years ago was a nightmare. The associate solicitor at Morr was not competent and should have been supervised, but we got there in the end although I completely lost trust and confidence in the firm. I rarely leave bad reviews. As far as I was concerned, I wasn't going to go near that firm again and I had a will. Prompted, however, by something I read recently I looked at my will again and was appalled, hence the review. There is a glaring mistake that would cost something in the region of at least £12,000 in inheritance tax were I to leave it as is. I am now having my will re written by a competent firm.

Would give 0 if I could. Poor communication by the firm, we weren’t direct clients of theirs but our buyers used this firm and the process got dragged along so much for incompetent solicitors (Nicole lush in this case) who would not respond to anyone (estate agents, our buyer, our solicitors..) but picked up the phone to our vendors solicitors who were frustrated with the delay and only as she probably didn’t know their number. On the day of exchange again no updates from her until close of end of the day. Absolute appalling service, our buyer has told us they wouldn’t recommend them to their worst enemy.
Having reviewed this thoroughly, our understanding of the transaction and the services provided to our client differs materially from the account presented here. As you are not a client of our firm, we are limited in what we can say regarding this matter.
I needed a solicitor service in order to sign an employment agreement. Alice Nash went above and beyond, delivered the service first class, quickly, and explained me all legal terms in a simple understandable language. Thank you!
