I had a recent engagement with their employment law team which was initially a really good experience, Really responsive and friendly. We completed a fairly straightforward transaction, but with a small element of misunderstanding around fees afterwards. However, after raising this, their response could not have been more professional and humane. Overall, despite the blip, a truly excellent experience.

Following a recent review of our call-handling arrangements, we will shortly be moving back to a fully human-operated telephone answering service. We are confident this will provide a more personal experience for everyone who contacts us.
I contacted Morr & Co about a leasehold dispute with a managing agent and received a written estimate from the associate solicitor, Irina Apekisheva, of £2,750 plus VAT and disbursements for an initial review. She declined my request for a narrower first stage to keep costs down, said she couldn't estimate overall costs at this stage, and didn't answer one of my specific questions about how other routes I was already pursuing might affect the approach. Replies were prompt and polite, but I didn't find her willing to work with me on cost or scope, and I decided not to instruct the firm.
