I have been supported by Becca, through one of the most difficult times in my life. She has been a life-saver and really helped me to feel confident in understanding my rights fully. I came to them in the middle of an absolute crisis, having been severely let down by my previous solicitors who had botched critical paperwork and missed a vital court notice. From the moment Ciara and Rebecca took over the file, the difference in professionalism, strategic thinking, and urgency was night and day. They immediately identified the procedural errors made by the previous firm (specifically regarding expert testing applications) and worked tirelessly to rectify them and get my case back on track. By far, this has been the hardest 27 months of my life. When I separated from my ex-wife, I never envisaged the emotional, financial and personal toll that navigating the legal system would take. Gemma came on board roughly halfway through my case when matters had become stagnant and helped get everything moving again. Even when progress was difficult and the other side would not engage constructively, Gemma remained focused, proactive and determined to keep the case moving forward. Throughout the process there were many challenges, setbacks and difficult moments, but Gemma always provided clear, honest and practical advice. She maintained a steady course and never lost sight of the end goal, giving me confidence when I needed it most. Gemma is exceptional at what she does.
