Lauren has recently provided an excellent conveyancing service for me and has been friendly, helpful and efficient and responsive throughout. I had been slightly hesitant to use a remote service but the system worked well and I found Lauren easier to be in direct contact with than when I have previously used a local branch of solicitors. She was very aware of the situation surrounding the transaction and I felt I was being dealt with very much as an individual which I really appreciated. Highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As an estate agent, I work with conveyancers every day and even have access to my own in-house conveyancing team, so I know what exceptional service looks like. Because this remortgage was arranged through my lender, I didn't have the option of using my own preferred conveyancer and was allocated **Rhianna Rennie at Taylor Rose**. Looking back, I couldn't have been in better hands. My case was anything but straightforward. It involved a complex remortgage and transfer with multiple moving parts, all against a strict deadline that simply couldn't be missed. From start to finish, Rhianna was outstanding. She was professional, proactive, responsive and consistently went above and beyond what I would normally expect from a conveyancer. She worked tirelessly to coordinate everyone involved, kept the process moving and did absolutely everything within her control to ensure my deadline was achieved. At every stage, I felt supported and confident that my case genuinely mattered to her. Her communication was excellent, her attention to detail was exceptional, and her commitment to delivering the best possible outcome never wavered. If every client received the level of service that Rhianna provided, Taylor Rose would have an enviable reputation. Honestly, would've been much higher rating if it wasn't for the fact that the solicitor rang us near completion of a remortgage to tell us to pay a shortfall of £3000. No explanation, just a terse call saying we owe money and to transfer it. Turned out to be an error on the solicitors side as they generated the redemption statement too early, adding pending direct debit payments that haven't been cleared yet. Even without our broker, we spotted the mistake immediately so I wonder how legal professionals aren't able to double check figures before calling a client for a large sum of money.. terrible service to put your client through the panic within days of completion.
