Maggie and Emma have been amazing every step of the way in my property purchase. As a FTB I was mostly clueless of the process, but all queries were responded to quickly with great communication throughout the process. They were also very quick and organised, with the entire process completed in around 2 months! Highly recommend Barcan+Kirby and thank you for all your help!

The reason for contacting a new firm of solicitors was to ask for an opinion on the course of action taken by my mother's solicitors, as I have the LPA for her. It was difficult to convey the details without entering into a time consuming exercise and therefore a costly one! However, an opinion was eventually given and I was satisfied with the outcome, but only after I had to change solicitors after a wait due to the fact that the first contact was on leave etc. Trying to contact the solicitor to ask a final question, took ages.

Had conveyancing practice deal with the purchase of a new home for me 4 years ago, & I’m still being told by lenders that part of the property doesn’t belong to me!!

During your recent phone conversation with her, you confirmed you are uncertain about which of part the property is not owned.
