I contacted Myerson as I was unable to find a solicitor in Ireland to deal with UK probate for my father's estate, and several UK solicitors had not taken on the case. There was a possible complication with domicile. Clara Staunton initially, then Hannah Owens were friendly, helpful, efficient, proactive in dealing with the case, kept us informed all through the process, followed up without prompting from us and indeed prompted us when needed. It was a pleasure to deal with Hannah and Clara and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great comfort

I've never personally relied upon a solicitor before on something so in depth but I've come to understand how important it is to have a legal professional that you can freely communicate with, who is on the same page and takes the time to break down things in simple terms. Hannah always responded clearly and quickly to any query and it was great comfort knowing she was always being proactive. This really helped in resolving a complicated international probate proceedure during an obviously traumatic period. Myerson was reccomended as one of the best legal firms when I researched online and I can see why.

My Google Review

Beware of this company and especially beware of Richard Wolfe. Beware of the statements made by this company. "The relationship with our clients is of paramount importance to us" This simply is not true. This company is about high billing for everything. I have even seen time billed in the middle of the night. Insane. The experience I have seen is nothing like the claims made by the marketing department on their website. Another good one..."We develop friendships with our clients" This is not true if there is a tough conversation to be had !! In Richard Wolfes case it should read "Abandon my clients and not ever return their calls" I still await a call back from last August despite politely asking for an explanation as to why he abandoned his post. This is not isolated and there are a number of us who have suffered due to Richard Wolfes actions. We have never had a call from a senior partner. Never had an explanation.

After our first excellent experience with myerson buying a home, we decided to go with Myerson again for selling our home and purchasing a new home. Just like the first time we were kept informed and updated throughout the selling and buying process through excellent communication and fantastic customer service and support. This made the process of selling and buying our properties virtually stress free.
Heather and the team are excellent Very efficient and work in a timely manner. any issues that arose we was made aware of and they were sorted very quickly and efficiently.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Myerson to anybody needing any of their services.

Excellent team of solicitors

Incorrect advice was given to an elderly man by a solicitor when producing his will resulting in the loss of half the value of his estate on his death. As my role of executor I appointed Suzanne and her team to pursue a professional negligence claim against the practice of solicitors who provided the advice. The letters and arguments presented by Suzanne and her team over 2.5 years were beautifully crafted resulting in the eventual recovery of a substantial amount of the lost assets. I cannot praise the team enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use again in a similar situation.

Awful incompetent people who will charge you for their incompetence. Try to squeeze as much money out of you and only resolved a problem when I asked to see all paperwork and correspondence so far relating to the matter (after saying it could cost up to £20k to resolve). Completely unable to communicate using basic English, rather than jargon and was the worst experience of my life which caused so much stress for over a year. Use anyone but these people.
