    Putting my affairs in order

    Being now in my 70s, I thought it was a good time to do my will. I popped into the solicitors office and very easily made an appointment not knowing what information I would need to make an appointment. The solicitor explained at the appointment what was needed. The draft was made at that appointment- it was sent to me- I did make an adjustment- will done- I had to go in and sign- a witness was required and someone from this solicitors did this- also the solicitor and then myself.

    A very thorough and well explained LPA and Wills Service including the details and appropriateness of the two sorts of property ownership (joint and individual) and easy to understand friendly advice on which one was most appropriate for us.
