Yet again, open, honest, and straightforward advice - with a smile - from Clare Hallet and the Frettens team. We just finished a review with Clare, where she explained a covenant issue to us in plain English. She cleared up our confusion and convinced us not to spend money on unnecessary covenant insurance. We have now used Frettens for wills, trusts, conveyancing and business contracts; their straightforward approach is a refreshing change. I always recommend this company to friends and family, because of their professional attitude, straight forward honest advice, and simple pricing policy.

If you want a prompt, professional and empathetic conveyancing service, then I cannot recommend Michelle Petersen and the rest of the team at Frettens, Ringwood highly enough. We have moved quite a few times over the years but due to our family solicitor retiring we had to choose a new legal representative. After receiving a recommendation, we phoned Frettens and Michelle undertook the sale and purchase of our recent move. Given the faultless, friendly and sympathetic service we received, I wouldn't dream of requesting the support of any other team than Frettens. We have already asked them to now update our wills.

Frettens helped me when I was being made redundant and had been offered a settlement agreement. I only had a limited time to respond and they were quick, courteous, empathetic and guided me to a better outcome than the original offer.

I cannot recommend Phoebe and Frettons highly enough. Property transactions can be stressful, but her incredible attention to detail made the entire process easy. Phoebe managed a difficult situation withers, proving her integrity. I was particularly impressed by her proactive communication, as she efficiently kept me updated.
