The solicitor went awol the day before completion. So had to change date last minute which incurred costs. On final invoices there were duplicate items just reworded and there were surprise items that I hadn’t agreed to. Would advise looking elsewhere for a better service!

This firm were recommended to us via our builder, however we found them below average at best. Communication was never great, our conveyancer apparently never at her desk or always in meetings(?) She failed to draft our invoice correctly, adding hidden fees for services never received & intentionally not including ERC from our lender even though they were aware of it (then lying about not knowing about it until the day after we completed despite us having evidence stating differently) Their internal complaints process was also poor. Zero accountability.

We had an impossible deadline of a three week closing date. The excellent team of Beth Ganley and Ellie Lawler proved the impossible possible. Everything was completed on time and comprehensively. Ellie’s excellent communication skills are to behold. This is how it should be done. Thank you.

The advice he has given us has been invaluable in helping us to navigate through the difficult and often stressful house selling process. Absolutely brilliant to deal with. In my 64 years of dealing with solicitors for various reasons, I can honestly say that this company are the best I have ever come across. I dealt with Eleanor Briggs and she was fast, accurate, polite, informative, and an overall pleasure to deal with.
