From the start, Vanessa stuck to her word and over delivered. This is the second time I have work with Vanessa & Taylor Rose and I cannot fault them. I’ve had the worst experience dealing with Shairah. Constant ignoring of my emails and never answers her phone. I have been trying to secure my reservation fee for a property that did not go through and I’ve had no help, despite paying £500 for her services. Avoid at all costs

Tried to use their services - I won’t say what department, but called 4 times over 3 weeks with answers from reception saying someone from the team would be in contact urgently - this never happened until today! (Over 2 weeks since my initial enquiry) Finally when the team I was looking for called me back, they were extremely short and rude and just said. We don’t have capacity for you. I asked what would your future capacity and availability be like. Again, in an extremely rude and short manner. They said, 'I don’t know sir' and hung up the phone immediately.
