I instructed Emma Suzuki, from Taylor Rose, on dispute with my employer and she was a pleasure to work with. Emma doesn't just look after the PLCs, she looks after the individual too. She's thorough, diligent, measured in her approach, and reassuring, and dealt with all of my many queries in a timely manner, putting me at ease in difficult circumstances. She was fully transparent on all related costs and went above and beyond in terms of time spent communicating with me as a client (phone calls and emails after hours on a number of occasions). It was a difficult time, but Emma made it that much easier with her reassurance and professional, confident demeanour.
