I instructed Emma Suzuki, from Taylor Rose, on dispute with my employer and she was a pleasure to work with. Emma doesn't just look after the PLCs, she looks after the individual too. She's thorough, diligent, measured in her approach, and reassuring, and dealt with all of my many queries in a timely manner, putting me at ease in difficult circumstances. She was fully transparent on all related costs and went above and beyond in terms of time spent communicating with me as a client (phone calls and emails after hours on a number of occasions). It was a difficult time, but Emma made it that much easier with her reassurance and professional, confident demeanour. I recently used Taylor Rose for my house completion, and while the service itself was good, I was quite disappointed with the final bill. I was initially quoted £1150 less than the actual amount I was charged, and there were no changes to the services I requested. To add to the frustration, I was also incorrectly charged an additional £130 after completion due to a miscalculation. While the legal work was handled well, the significant discrepancy in the final cost and the post-completion error were quite concerning.
