From the start, Vanessa stuck to her word and over delivered. This is the second time I have work with Vanessa & Taylor Rose and I cannot fault them. The hard work and honesty from the get go gave me full trust in them. Didn’t have to chase things up as I knew Vanessa was doing all she could for us. My experience with Taylor Rose and particularly Chris Osborne was first class. Selling a house is never easy but their team lead me through it giving me good advice along the way. To anyone setting out to sell their home, make sure you gather everything you can regarding construction, electrical/ plumbing and double glazing in fact anything that needs a certificate no matter how long ago it was done, you will need to produce them for the buyer and if you have them it will save time and your nerves! So thanks again Taylor Rose and Chris, a good job well done. J Scotcher.
