Very poor and unprofessional! They start adding hidden charges for work you don't even ask to be done. Rather like a dodgy builder who builds more but then ask you to pay. I also note, the replies given are rather sarcastic and condescending. Not really a company who want to act for you.

Dreadful. It continues. It only took 3 months for the firm to respond to my original review(below) which I wrote only after 6 months of multiple emails being unanswered, even when it went to a Managing Partner! This is how much they care about clients, cases and acting properly. Honestly there are so many decent firms, really don't waste your time as they really do not care when things go wrong. Disappointingly have had to refer the matter to Action Fraud and SRA for investigation. Original review Awful. Would not touch this firm to do any legal work at all. Abysmal as we are now having to deal with a potential fraudulent situation involving them to which they have not even responded to any of the correspondences sent via our solicitors. Appalling and unprofessional. Photo reflects their service and conveniently located next door for authenticity. Hopeful that our warning helps others to avoid problems

Bridget was passed on to my case last minute as the original solicitor could not make it , she helped me at magistrates court in Newport.. my case was then handed back to the original person who was supposed to do it... I was really unsure of this, I have awful anxiety and was really concerned my case was going to be sent straight to prison I was already on a suspended sentence and now sent back to crown court with another new solicitor but Bridget actually took on my case hands on after meeting me and assured me she would be there to help me in crown court. She certainly kept to her word and managed to keep me out of prison amazinginly the judge listened to her and agreed without the fantastic representation of miss Bridget I may not have been so lucky to have left the courts that day. Bridget was very understanding of my case I was sooo worried after having so many previous charges but she was amazing in her work and thoroughly represented me to the best she could. She is assertive and down to earth a lovely lady which I believe has full passion and dedication to her job. Highly recommended

I was able to make an appointment quickly, and was given clear options going forward. Approach was thoroughly professional and empathetic from Mark Kessler who was clearly very experienced. I chose an option he was slightly hesitant to recommend given the additional costs and probable outcome. I was delighted that the tactic worked in my particular case. At all times I felt empowered but also clearly guided about potential consequences. Overall, a very positive and professional experience in a somewhat stressful situation. I was impressed with the swiftness with which actions were taken.

Efficient, knowledgable and on the case. What more could one ask of a conveyancer?
Excellent service, very helpful and professional made to feel comfortable in what was a strange situation. Outlined my options very clearly with pros and cons, the meaning each item and the effects they would have. Daniel spent the whole time ensuring my understanding and the consequences of the decisions I was about to make. I can thoroughly recommend Daniel for his patience and thoroughness during this time

From the moment Madaline took over my case, I finally felt like I was in safe hands. She was thrown in at the deep end, but she was organised, proactive, and completely on the ball. She quickly got to grips with everything, kept me informed, and gave me confidence that I could trust her to fight for me. Unfortunately, my experience with the first solicitor at this firm who handled my case was very different. After six months, I felt like I had got nowhere. There were several mistakes, communication was poor, they spent a lot of time out of the office and passing my case around to various other people whilst away on holidays this was the majority of the time. I found the whole experience incredibly frustrating and lost my trust. Madaline completely turned things around. She restored my confidence, worked tirelessly on my case, and I genuinely felt she was fighting for me every step of the way. Her professionalism, dedication, and compassion have made all the difference, and I can’t thank her enough. She is a real credit to the firm. I gave 4 stars only because of my beginning experience with this firm if I had had Madaline the whole way through it would have been a solid 5 stars. I absolutely would recommend her to anyone going forward she was down to earth, kind and I’m very grateful for her compassion towards my situation.
