Jade Poulton did an excellent job and was proactive in chasing landlords for LPE1 information- the buyers solicitors who were slow and made mistakes probably as buyer was not entirely honest. Thanks for all your efforts to get over the line

Hands down, the best solicitor I have worked with. Full information, despite the speed at which it was needed to finalise the lease. Always available on the phone at short notice. No chasing needed (I needed chasing!!)
Jillian and the team were outstanding during the whole conveyancing process. We knew where we were up to every step of the way, and they were always on hand to answer all of our questions.
Anyone that thinks solicitors are value for money, are solicitors. Charged me for something that their other department was already charging me for. Will not use again

Excellent service, so far
I contacted Churchers Solicitors in Cowes to complete & submit LPA’s for our elderly mother. Margaret Beacham did this for us during two home visits, which was essential due to limited mobility issues, which would have made travelling to the office very difficult. The whole process was completed soon after the home visits, & we were very pleased with the work that Margaret did for us. Therefore, we would highly recommend Churchers Solicitors.
