Aaron May’s efficient handling of the selling process was a testament to his expertise. Similarly, Ellan Skeet’s seamless management of the buying process ensured a smooth transition. Overall, the entire process of selling our leasehold flat and purchasing our house took just two months, highlighting the exceptional skills of both Aaron and Ellan.

The conveyancing team at Herrington Carmichael were excellent - from initial engagement through to post completion. Throughout every step of the process their communication went above and beyond my expectations. The team who looked after me were polite, professional and friendly, explained each step and request in a simple to understand way and I felt them support me as a true partner during the purchase process. I never had to chase for anything, the proactive approach was consistent and so was the service level. Definitely my ‘go to’ firm and I will use them again for any legal needs. HC were very good throughout a long house purchase transaction, could not have asked for any better service.
We had a great experience with the New Build team, who handled our conveyancing throughout the purchase of our new home. They were both extremely helpful, responsive and reassuring whenever we needed clarification. The whole process was incredibly quick and smooth, and we really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled from start to finish. During a very stressful, unexpected and difficult time with a neighbour dispute we were so incredibly relieved to have the support, kindness and brilliance of both these people.
