Your firm, through their utmost dedication and support helped facilitate results that brought me and my family great joy. Very selfless professionals that fill their clients with confidence. They need to go through whatever process as I experienced. I was well informed on any process that was being undertaken and above all the humane touch that they have goes a long way. Excellent down to earth, friendly and professional approach from both Claire and Nicola. Very early got sense of a desire to get things done with a minimum of needless fuss but to do the job.

Preliminary advice about getting a divorce. Initial consultation was very helpful and reassuring. Process was explained clearly and questions answered. Solicitor had a calm manner and gave time for me to process what was being discussed and next steps forward.

Very happy with th service I got from Amphlett Lissimore!
We sold our flat and Amphlett Lisimore dealt with every aspect of the conveyancing in a really professional way. Nigel Matthews and Stephanie Bastien were exceptional. Very quick professional replies, checking all the details, and dealing with the other side to minimise delays. We were very pleased.
William Marston-Llewellyn has been helping us for almost one year with our property roller coaster purchases and licence to alter. The first property we tried to purchase had some lease issues that he spotted and even if the estate agents where trying to push for the sale to go through he only cared about our legal safety. He is very meticoulous and if you choose him as your convenceyer you will be in good hands. I also wanted to day thank you to Kasra who has covered for him when he was on annual leave, very fast and effective work. No doubt we will be contacting William again if we need to do any other property purchases and we will be recommending him and the firm.
