Excellent experience with a protracted property sale

After a couple of false starts we finally completed our property sale. Hardeep was patient throughout and assisted greatly in trying to get each transaction over the line. Our house purchase was an extremely complex transaction involving a sale of one property and bridging loan across two others. With a acrimonious divorce somewhere in the chain. Chireen did an amazing job of handling this complexity. She kept track of all matters, never losing the trail at any point (effectively three properties all needing the equivalent of a sale in parallel). She had to deal with some very incompetent legal work from the solicitors acting for the bridging loan providers; always acting patiently and professionally. She gave us excellent advice on how to handle the staggered nature of the contract exchanges and completions. We were always re-assured by the fact that Chireen was in control of the situation.
