We used this solicitor to complete and countersign our ID1 forms for the Land Registry and were very happy with the service. Excellent service from the very first moment until completion of the sale of the property, as a number of unforeseen queries arose during this process, Mrs. Johnson's advice and subequent action were outstanding in detail and quality of advice. We have been especially impressed with the way this whole process was managed from start to close we cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and courtesy extended to us, and also the way this whole sale has proceeded within an amazing time scale. I was on search for a document of mine to be signed and stamped. I spoke with Andrew just under a year ago about signing these documents. However I lost his number and some way somehow through another solicitor firm I managed to find Andrew again as the firm recommended me Andrew business card I recognised the number. We picked up from where we left off, his secretary booked me in with an appointment and everything went extremely smooth which I was pleased with.

Although CWJ has a good reputation when I made minor changes to my Will it has not been straightforward.It took longer than I thought ( due to staff holiday) and was charged upfront a fee without explanation that I should not have paid.Was successfully sorted out at the end.
