My mothers probate
Emily’s involvement in my mother’s case was excellent. Unfortunately, in her absence away on maternity leave, her colleagues were totally useless to the extent that my brother in law and I were going to make serious complaints about their total inability to finalise matters or even grasp an inkling as to how to do the job. In particular Sophie was in our opinion incompetent. Fortunately Emily returned to the fold to complete matters which should have done in her absence. I expect you will have lost a lot of clients who found themselves in a similar situation .
