    My naturalisation application, along with my family’s cases, was handled smoothly and clearly by Joby.     I recently used Taylor Rose for my house completion, and while the service itself was good, I was quite disappointed with the final bill. I was initially quoted £1150 less than the actual amount I was charged, and there were no changes to the services I requested. To add to the frustration, I was also incorrectly charged an additional £130 after completion due to a miscalculation. While the legal work was handled well, the significant discrepancy in the final cost and the post-completion error were quite concerning.
