Cycling accident 07/09/24

Posting this on behalf of my elderly grandad who unfortunately suffered a serious cycling accident. Jo was friendly, professional & sympathetic when I first approached her for some advice. My grandad decided to go with her & she has been nothing but amazing since. She kept him updated throughout the case & must have the patience of a saint to put up with how much of a technophobe my grandad is! The case has finally closed now after just under a year & he is over the moon with the outcome. Thank you once again for taking the stress out of the entire process & making it as smooth as possible for my grandad

Case handled in the most professional way possible.

I contacted Farleys for a matter that I had to deal with, they were very professional and helpful in every way. The outcome of the case was satisfied by both parties and I think the outcome was fair. Crime/ Criminal Defence

The best

Nicola made me and my child under 16 feel so relaxed and comfortable. The police were pursuing a section 39 common assualt charge against my child for an incident in school. Nicola made sure that no charges were made against my daughter and talked us through the whole process before the police interview. She is absolutely amazing in her job and is 100% dedicated to supporting her client. Cant thank her enough and absolutely recommend her.

I had an urgent matter that needed sorting within a few days, Bob assured me everything would be done on time, I had communication through the whole process, bob took the lead (my first time dealing with a law situation) this firm is very clever and will also dumb things down for people like me who have no idea about what needs to be done! God forbid i need to use a solicitor again but if I do then bob will be the first person i contact!

We recently completed both the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new home, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better support from Emily throughout the entire process. Our move involved a long and stressful chain with multiple delays and last-minute issues, but Emily was consistently calm, professional, responsive and reassuring from start to finish. She kept us updated throughout, explained everything clearly, and was always proactive in chasing matters and keeping things moving where possible. When things became particularly stressful towards exchange and completion, Emily was incredibly patient and supportive, helping us understand exactly where things stood and what was happening behind the scenes. We always felt that she genuinely cared about getting things over the line for us. Despite the complexity of the chain, everything completed successfully and we are now happily settled in our new home. We’re so grateful for all of Emily’s hard work and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a solicitor for their sale or purchase.
