Where do I even start! I came across Nelson’s solicitors and Ash Simpson by luck, due to a closed field of solicitors a mortgage lender would use. I chose Nelson’s as they looked the best fit for that purchase, and have never looked back since then! I have a growing portfolio of properties throughout the midlands and I now have used Nelson’s and specifically Ash Simpson for 6 purchases so far, and will be returning on my future ventures. I consider myself to be a very efficient and hands on person, but I am hard pushed to find anyone else in the professional world that is as hot on and swift as Mr Simpson. We have developed a fantastic and effective working relationship, I can contact him anytime and receive a reply within the hour. Due to previously having negative experiences with other solicitors, I thought every firm had the same lethargic attitude towards clients, so I am so glad and grateful to find Ash as it makes the sometimes arduous process of purchasing a property seamless, which in the business world has a priceless value. If you were debating between using Ash Simpson and any other solicitor at any other firm, you would be idiotic to choose anything else apart from Ash. I can’t thank him enough for his continued efforts.

From day one going to Nelson solicitors, instructing ash Simpson to refinance a property so I can get the work done. He was absolutely spot on He never stopped from day one working hard. When he got my finance approved , it gave me that time to have the house refurbished , so it can go on the market straight away When the work was all completed and the house was with an estate agent and was given offer i spoke to ash and had all the paperwork up and running ash workd so hard to get all the contracts completed and sent to the buyers solicitor we had some ups and downs , but ash ensured me and kept me updated this person is a big asset to nelson and so amazingly good at his work

I have been using Nelsons for financial and investment advice for many years and have always been very pleased with their service.
