We inherited Nelson's having instructed Simpson Jones to do our house sale & purchase. This did cause some unease during the switchover however, Kani moved across. Kani was absolutely fantastic, from start to finish she dealt with all our concerns, legal matters etc. in a calm and professional manner making everything easy to understand. Always there at the end of the phone or the end of an email. Highly recommended!

From day one going to Nelson solicitors, instructing ash Simpson to refinance a property so I can get the work done. He was absolutely spot on He never stopped from day one working hard. When he got my finance approved , it gave me that time to have the house refurbished , so it can go on the market straight away When the work was all completed and the house was with an estate agent and was given offer i spoke to ash and had all the paperwork up and running ash workd so hard to get all the contracts completed and sent to the buyers solicitor we had some ups and downs , but ash ensured me and kept me updated this person is a big asset to nelson and so amazingly good at his work
