Communication was extremely poor. Was told multiple times it was 48 hours response time yet I had many occasions it took over a week and had to get our mortgage advisor to chase it up for us. Added a lot of stress to an already stressful situation.

Mistake after mistake No deed of trust completed No bank info completed on the completion statement Ellie is un contactable and at times rude as if I’m wasting my time when it’s her who’s making the mistakes David picked the case up and credit to him got it moving Double counted the mortgage cash back which means I’m now out of pocket for 250 Poor customer service and attention to detail

BL&J are by far the best solicitors I have dealt with. From phone reception to excellent service from Rachael, Victoria and team - they have made buying our house as stress free as possible. We appointed BLJ (Maghull Branch), to carry out the conveyancing on a recent purchase. The service we received from inception to completion was first class. We would like to thank in particular Rachael Webster and Natasha Shaw, for all of their hard work and pro-active approach, to ensure that we 'got over the line' with the purchase.
