Daniel Stern was excellent for a service relating to a notice to terminate which we had contacted him for. We contacted him on short notice and requested this to be sorted fast, which once we had explained to Daniel the situation he was very helpful in. He provided the conclusion ahead of the required date, breaking our options down, and giving us competent advice. Would recommend highly to anyone else looking for help in this sort of matter. As a family who has recently lost our mum, having the support of Charlotte to guide us was invaluable. Myself and two brothers have never been in this situation before and you just hear people talk about 'probate' we were going into this blind and with lots of mixed messages and confusion. Charlotte explained the process clearly and in lay mans terms, we were given time to ask any questions and her answers gave us so much confidence in her ability to help us at this difficult time. Charlotte informed us of step by step actions and we were able to contact her if and when we needed to. It has been a very smooth process and Charlotte showed us all empathy and compassion, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her.
