    Gabrielle was excellent throughout the whole process. She was professional, responsive and incredibly helpful, particularly as our transaction involved a Help to Buy redemption alongside a remortgage, which added a few extra layers of complexity. She kept us informed throughout, explained everything clearly and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed an update.     Fast and professional experience

    Ben Brewer handled a recent house purchase and loan agreement and was superb throughout the whole process. He kept us promptly updated as required and worked with us to answer queries from the lender’s solicitor often suggesting to the lender’s solicitor the most time sensitive and cost effective solution. At least two of his colleagues are copied into each email to ensure that if anyone was on leave, the process was not held up by our solicitor. Accounts and payments required during the process were clearly detailed, and Ben advised us of the options and the best course of action when faced with any legal decisions. I will certainly be using Ben and his firm again for my next purchase.

      I genuinely could not have asked for a nicer solicitor than Elizabeth. From our very first conversation, she was warm, friendly and incredibly professional. She took the time to really listen, communicated clearly throughout and made sure I always understood what was happening and what my options were. I came to Elizabeth during an incredibly stressful and upsetting situation, and she somehow made the whole process feel so much more manageable. I always felt that she was in my corner, and knowing that she was there to guide and support me took an enormous weight off my shoulders. Elizabeth was not only an excellent solicitor, but a genuinely lovely person to deal with at a time when I really needed one. An absolute hero! I honestly can't thank her enough.
