We were recommended to Lily Malekyazdi at Nexa law by a family friend to help us with visas for my three nephews who needed to relocate to live with her in the UK. We assumed we would be looking for education visas, but having assessed the situation Lily recommended that we applied first for 'unlimited leave to remain'. She warned us that it would be a lot of work, but with her step by step guidance we got through gathering all the information required. The applications were then processed and approved very quickly using Lily's knowledge of how to fast track. This is just what the boys needed after a period of huge turmoil in their lives. I would thoroughly recommend Lily and the Nexa Law team. Especially I appreciated the excellent communication - very email / call was very swiftly answered - important in a stressful process. You hear stories about solicitors taking their time with things, ignoring calls, poor communication etc. but I can honestly say Diane was a breath of fresh air. Experienced, knowledgeable, down to earth, practical and big on communication! Our first sale and purchase fell through but we have now moved and Diane was there every step of the way, from the very beginning. I cannot recommend Diane highly enough. If you want a conveyancer who knows her stuff and is there for you, Diane is the one!
