We have recently moved house and the service from the Solicitors was First Class - we were always kept informed of progress and given reasons for the hold-ups when they did occur, and given advice on how to make sure the relationships with buyer and seller went as smoothly as possible. The actual move on the day itself also went through without any hitch and the solicitor arranged for the transfer of £ and payment of things like stamp duty &c. proficiently and without any problems.

The process to produce, deliver and lodge our wills and LPA's, and the fees involved, were carefully and comprehensively explained to us. I have bought and sold eight or nine properties in my life, so far. This was the worst experience, by far, and no blame lies with Levi Solicitors. The conveyancing system in England is totally shambolic. Approximately 25% to 30% of residential property sales collapse before completion. This equates to over 300,000 property transactions falling through annually, causing significant delays and financial losses. Through all the chaos and delays, Nicole kept me sane with her efficiency, information, professionalism, advice and sympathy. Anwering emails at every hour of the day. I sold my property but I have been left sofa surfing at seventy! Nicole and Andrew did a fine job, but they are in control of only one part of the jigsaw. I have no reservations in recommending Levi's, and will probably use them again. But next time I'll buy a property in Scotland!

Levi Solicitors dealt with the sale of our property. The service was excellent. Queries or concerns were dealt with promptly and professionally. Living outside the UK meant that all dealings were by phone or email. I had thought it could be a nightmare but I was wrong. The process was very smooth and easy. A technical problem I encountered when completing the online forms was immediately dealt with. Emails from Annika were friendly and easy to understand. Not at all 'stuffy'! She was empathetic and kept me fully informed with the progress of the sale. I have only positive comments about Navjit and his team. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Levi Solicitors.

The worst part of buying and/or selling a house is the conveyancing. This is the fifth time I have “suffered” this since 1979. This transaction didn’t disappoint with the stamp duty change at the end of September. It took over two weeks after we were all ready to exchange contracts! One solicitor seemed to be reluctant to communicate with the others and we gambled on a move actually happening by organising removal companies the day before the deadline. The team at Levi Solicitors were brilliant. I used them as I had seen them advertised in the Leeds United fanzine, The Square Ball. From the the initial quotation, to agreeing a sale and purchase contract, through the process to completion was undertaken giving me full confidence with picking them to sort out the sale and purchase. Everyone I dealt with were helpful, professional and importantly proactive. The communication was there and I wasn’t left waiting for answers. I had access to a Partner when required. I apologise for rambling but it is so refreshing to deal with a conveyancing solicitor that actually cares and at a competitive cost. Thank you.
