I have used Levi Solicitors for several property purchases over the last couple of years. Whilst Shabana did get the job done, I found the service to be poorer than on previous occasions. How I was spoken to at various times and how emails were written at various times, left a lot to be desired and I would say rudeness was most certainly an issue for me, so much so that I would now chose another company for future purchases. Whilst I don’t believe the customer is always right, I do believe the customer should be spoken to in a polite and friendly manner at the very least and I didn’t get that unfortunately on this occasion.
