Had conveyancing practice deal with the purchase of a new home for me 4 years ago, & I’m still being told by lenders that part of the property doesn’t belong to me!!

Hi Elaine, as discussed with Kim, all relevant documents outlining your ownership of the property have been shared with you. During your recent phone conversation with her, you confirmed you are uncertain about which of part the property is not owned. Unfortunately, this means there isn’t any further assistance we’re able to provide at this stage.

We had a very positive experience from Suzanne and Virginia. We appreciated their friendly, professional approach and they made us feel completely at ease. We had a really positive experience with Barcan + Kirby for our will writing. All staff are friendly, professional and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease. The whole process felt relaxed and straightforward, without any of the stuffiness or formality you might normally associate with something like writing a will. Everything was explained clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, without plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The staff were knowledgeable and professional, but also approachable and down to earth. Overall, a really comfortable and reassuring experience. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional Will writing service that makes the whole process feel simple and stress-free. Additionally we feel confident that when the time comes for the wills to be enacted upon that our family will be guided and supported throughout the process, to reduce the stress and time consuming aspects of applying for probate.
