    We had the pleasure of dealing with David Eastman & Asia Gurung when purchasing our new build property. We could not fault them at all. Everything was dealt with quickly, with precision and communication was excellent. I have no doubt that, without them and their efficiency, the purchase would have taken far longer than it did to complete.       Chloe was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. She was incredibly efficient, prompt and pragmatic in her responses, really clear and made the whole experience so smooth and reassuring for my family. Nothing was too much trouble, every query was met with courtesy and understanding. I just got the sense that everything was under control, and that it was standard practice to be so on the ball, and that they really cared about completing the task. Everything she and her team said they would do, they did - even when Chloe was out of office she still responded to emails, and her colleague Emma picked up her work.       Rich and I have used wollens twice recently. Dave and Liz were amazing both times. We purchased one property and completed Within a few weeks and also completed on a sale of another one which could have been difficult but Dave and Liz were phenomenal.
