    i contacted Endurance in regards to a possible claim for my son who has Erbs Palsy. From the beginning Endurance was patient, kind and listened to everything I had to say. She was open and honest from the start and told me what to expect at every stage. We did not know if we had a case and if they were willing to take it on. Endurance updated me every chance she could and we found some things that will help my sons case. Thankfully we are not going through the process on a no win no fee agreement. I know we have still got a long road ahead of us in regards to the case but I know more than anything that i chose the right lawyer to represent my son. Thank you.

    Injury Claim

    My case was a difficult claim of four different Doctors. Three Doctors refused to accept any responsibility for my on going back and leg problems. All four told me i had sciatica. When in fact i had a broken back. Leaving me for three and a half months walking about, driving a school mini bus full of young children. I was told i was very lucky not to have been paralysed.

    Tozers worked with us over a long period of time, in order to secure a settlement of a complex claim.       Buying a house invariably a stressful experience and the one professional in the buyer's corner is your solicitor. Tracy was in my corner!! Tracy was through, responded immediately to all my emails/phone calls, gave clear professional advice, polite, supportive and kind. I have bought several homes and Tracys reports were the most comprehensive and detailed.
