We have consulted Usman on several issues related to a flat we purchased in 2023 and subsequent lawsuit with the contractors who did some renovation work. We did not engage Taylor Rose for representation, but used them as a resource for navigating the small claims process and to gain insight into our rights as homeowners. Throughout our interactions with Usman he has been extremely helpful, providing excellent communication, clear guidance and advice, and sometimes just letting us vent about the stressful situation. He is always well prepared and friendly, and explains his recommendations so we never feel like we're asking stupid questions. I worked with Bradley obtaining the necessary legal framework for a complex basement excavation and from the first day was struck by how capable Bradley was from a legal perspective, but also by his great communication.
