The solicitor went awol the day before completion. So had to change date last minute which incurred costs. On final invoices there were duplicate items just reworded and there were surprise items that I hadn’t agreed to. Would advise looking elsewhere for a better service!

Similar to a lot of other people on here we recieved absolutely awful service from Taylor Rose Solicitors with the purchase of our new property. Terrible communication, constantly having to chase for up dates. Incorrect information on official documentation accompanied by multiple breaches of GDPR. Lack of action until weeks / months of submitting documentation they request. Again having to then chase for updates. Delayed the purchase and caused a lot of uncertainty and unnecessary stress throughout what is already a busy and stressful process. Avoid at all costs

Was provided their name from a panel when taking out a remortgage. Over 10 days from the release of the offer and no contact, call them to be told they have no idea. 3 days later a call to confirm email, nothing else. 4 more days and still nothing. Worst service so far and I've had a lot of mortgages in my life so far.

if you wanr an additional 2 months added to your conveyencing process, look no further than Taylor Rose. Without a doubt the worst company we have ever had to deal with. They will happily ignore your emails for several weeks and ignore any follow up chase emails and voicemails. They have added 2 months to a simple chain of sale and we have ultimately decided to withdraw the propery from sale and will seek a new buyer and different solicitor. Never again will we enter any kind of arrangement that involves the use of Taylor Rose. Their conveyencer A**X simply ignores all contact, leaving a whole chain in limbo, affecting the lives of some many people. Avoid this company at all costs.

Just used Taylor rose for my remortgage they have been excellent from start to finish my solicitor has made it extremely easy during the period its took for completion would highly recommend

We would like to thank Katy and the team for helping us complete our property purchase this week. They worked hard to get everything over the line before our mortgage offer expired, and after an 8-month process we're happy to have finally completed. The reason for 3 stars is that the final legal fees ended up being around double the original estimate, and we were also asked to pay an additional £100 for an updated document. We also found ourselves having to do some chasing and running around regarding the seller, who was also using Taylor Rose. Despite that thank you again to Katy and the team for getting it completed in time.

Whilst everything was finalised by my desired remortgage completion day, communication was sometimes limited with my case handler. Some required documentation was requested 10 days prior to completion, when it could have been asked for, and mailed to them months in advance. Despite these small uncertainties, I’m happy overall with the provided legal service.

Narin was so sweet, preemptive and litigious. Her knowledge and expertise on the legal matters really shows, taking the time to advise over the steps. So grateful to have her with me through the process.
