I am personally taking the time to write this review because the service we received from Linda Ugo has been absolutely exceptional. Linda assisted our company with the acquisition of multiple properties across the UK, with the majority being acquired through secured option agreements. She drafted the agreements, guided us through the process and ensured everything progressed efficiently through approval and execution. What stands out most about Linda is her promptness, professionalism and determination to move matters forward. Her motto genuinely seems to be: if something can be done today, why leave it until tomorrow? Her responsiveness is remarkable. I would almost say she is available 24 hours a day. There were occasions when we received responses as early as 7.00 am. At every stage, we felt that Linda was present, paying attention and pushing the transaction forward. Lauren was amazing during the buying process of my property. She was on top of it at all time. Would constantly update me and respond quickly to any questions that I had. I've just sold my house and used Taylor Rose Solicitors. My last experience of selling was nearly thirty years ago and things have changed a lot since then.
