    Grace was the appointed contact during my requirements for voluntary redundancy. I was very nervous about the process and Grace was really reassuring, and helped me to relax throughout our conversation. She explained the process and full and made sure the choice of VR was mine, and I was not being put under any pressure to accept VR. She then explained the whole process and took care of obtaining signatures from myself and my employer. Grace made the whole process so much less stressful than I imagined it was going to be, especially during an already stressful period. Thank you!

      I had cause to use WG services in respect of estate and inheritance matters and, connected to that, their conveyancing department.
