First time buyers

We were first time buyers and Claire was recommended to us. Since initial contact to securing the keys to our home Claire and her team communicated brilliantly and we always felt reasurred that things were in hand and progressing. Claire and her team were efficient in responding to any queries, supported us through each stage of our house purchase, particularly during the challenges that were experienced on completion day. We felt Claire was very organised and proactive. Everything was handled smoothly

My sister and I had appointed Amphlett Lissimore to assist with the conveyancing for the sale of our late parents house. Claire and her team were wonderful.

Claire and her team were wonderful. As a first time buyer I was apprehensive about all the legalities of buying a new home, however the team at Amphlett Lissimore were amazing at taking control of the entire process. I knew I could trust them to chase the seller’s solicitors and ensure that I had everything I needed in order to proceed to completion. William Marston-Llewellyn has been helping us for almost one year with our property roller coaster purchases and licence to alter. The first property we tried to purchase had some lease issues that he spotted and even if the estate agents where trying to push for the sale to go through he only cared about our legal safety. He is very meticoulous and if you choose him as your convenceyer you will be in good hands. I also wanted to day thank you to Kasra who has covered for him when he was on annual leave, very fast and effective work.
