Jess and the whole team were great, I was able to contact jess on a direct number and if she was unable to take my call which only happened a couple of time if that, she rang me back immediately. Could not fault them at all. Best solicitors we have dealt with by far.

A poor experience with their conveyancing team. Unwilling to complete a fairly simple transaction within a 7 week deadline despite all other parties eager and ready to complete. Advising me to prepare to extend the process further. Refused to provide estimates of when they will complete their side of the work. Single line answers to emails with no empathy or consideration shown. Using COVID as an excuse to be as ambiguous as possible around their working practices. No explanation of the process or likely timeline. I suspect they are prioritising their most lucrative cases. Pricing is not particularly competitive either, so definitely a firm to skip.

Yilmaz was very patient with us and fast in his work. He was give best guidance. He got everything done and didn’t skimp on quality or waste time. We are extremely grateful to him. I dealt with so many solicitors as I am property investors. I am bit regretful that I wasn’t founded him earlier. I will use his services for rest of my investments in future and highly recommend for use his services. I will give him ******* ( 7 stars)

Really disappointed with the communication skills, speed of work and overall customer service of this company. I felt our solicitor wanted to avoid speaking directly to us at all costs, we only ever had communication via email and he was verging rude in his tone on email. The whole process was so much slower than it need be when doing a cash purchase with no survey or chain. I had to chase all the time and at the last moment it turned out he hadn’t got all the relevant paperwork in line for the financial payment so as a client we had to jump through hoops to avoid a delay in exchange. Would never recommend the firm. Our solicitor’s name was Gobrindra Nadala.
