Slow and poor customer service
Really disappointed with the communication skills, speed of work and overall customer service of this company. I felt our solicitor wanted to avoid speaking directly to us at all costs, we only ever had communication via email and he was verging rude in his tone on email. The whole process was so much slower than it need be when doing a cash purchase with no survey or chain. I had to chase all the time and at the last moment it turned out he hadn’t got all the relevant paperwork in line for the financial payment so as a client we had to jump through hoops to avoid a delay in exchange. Would never recommend the firm. Our solicitor’s name was Gobrindra Nadala.
