We have used Catherine for our last 2 house moves and she has been excellent. Everything is completed quickly and accurately, all topics are explained clearly and she has always taken the lead with all involved parties to get the same and purchase over the line. We wouldn't go anywhere else for conveyancing.

We had a really good experience using Nelsons Solicitors for our house purchase and sale, especially working with Rachel Bushell. She was brilliant throughout the whole process - really responsive, easy to get hold of, and always quick to come back to us with updates or answers to questions. Nothing ever felt like too much hassle, even when we were probably asking the same things more than once! We inherited Nelson's having instructed Simpson Jones to do our house sale & purchase. This did cause some unease during the switchover however, Kani moved across. Kani was absolutely fantastic, from start to finish she dealt with all our concerns, legal matters etc. in a calm and professional manner making everything easy to understand. Always there at the end of the phone or the end of an email. Highly recommended!

I used Nelson’s for buying and selling my property. The automated on boarding with texts etc was frankly confusing, but the service I received, specifically from Shoaib Mirza was fantastic. Very thorough, and even if he didn’t take my calls immediately, would always respond promptly. Good communication, and would 100% recommend.
