Trustworthy service

We chose Josiah Hincks as we wanted a traditional, reliable, visible practice who are based locally to undertake our conveyancing. From the first contact we always had the option to speak with Paige and throughout the sale, as some information from other sources became patchy, Paige reliably established the actual situation and communicated the details promptly and effectively. The conclusion of the sale went exactly as described, even down to an e mail just before the exchange explaining what would happen that week. We are very grateful and we have already appointed Josiah Hincks for another conveyancing role.

Auction Purchase

Paricce completed the purchase of a property we bought in auction within the tight 14 day deadline. I was very happy with the whole process, in particular the reasonable fixed price quote with full break down and then being able to phone Paricce on her direct number to discuss anything throughout, Would certainly recommend and use again myself.
