Emma helped me with my buying my first home. It was all new to me and I didn’t really have much idea on what to expect, but Emma made the process so smooth and easy for me I really can’t thank her enough. She kept me updated throughout the whole process even when there wasn’t necessarily meaningful updates from the other side, so I always knew what was going on. No question was made to feel like a silly question and I felt fully supported the entire time. Emma genuinely made the whole process of buying my first place, by myself, a complete breeze and would recommend her to anyone.

Lauren has recently provided an excellent conveyancing service for me and has been friendly, helpful and efficient and responsive throughout. I had been slightly hesitant to use a remote service but the system worked well and I found Lauren easier to be in direct contact with than when I have previously used a local branch of solicitors. She was very aware of the situation surrounding the transaction and I felt I was being dealt with very much as an individual which I really appreciated. Highly recommended.

Our solicitor was Narin Nesari and she was handling both the sale of my property and the onward purchase of our new house. Narin was so organised, knowledgeable and helpful - she supported us every step of the way. She was literally the dream solicitor with the service she offered us. The person we were buying from was rather temperamental at times but Narin kept us calm and handled their solicitor with great professionalism. She kept in touch with us regularly and answered all our Qs, no matter how small or trivial. It was touch and go towards the end as we weren’t sure if exchange would go ahead as planned but Narin kept everything on track and we were lucky enough to exchange and then complete the same week. Luciana and Yasir were excellent and helped to make my first house purchase a really smooth and efficient transaction. They were upfront and transparent about fees, always communicated updates to me with and without me asking, and were always happy to share draft documents with me. Yasir was also brilliant in helping get the exchange completed at the last minute when the date kept moving to help me get in by my preferred date. I would use both of them again. Thanks
