Shannon was very helpful in all ways. She helped me understand the wording of several documents so that I knew what was what. She kept me updated as to when she received replies to my queries etc. nothing was too much trouble for her. Would definitely use her and her Company again. A+++++

I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by the solicitor. The communication was at a very low level, which made the entire process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. I expected more professionalism and support.
Similar to a lot of other people on here we recieved absolutely awful service from Taylor Rose Solicitors with the purchase of our new property. Terrible communication, constantly having to chase for up dates. Incorrect information on official documentation accompanied by multiple breaches of GDPR. Lack of action until weeks / months of submitting documentation they request. Again having to then chase for updates. Delayed the purchase and caused a lot of uncertainty and unnecessary stress throughout what is already a busy and stressful process. Avoid at all costs
Paid a premium for TR and got zero service. Weeks of chasing with no replies, solicitor on holiday with no cover, constant excuses about “systems down.” Property sale dragged, enquiry still outstanding abe not chased properly. Finally decided to cut my loses and switched to a cheaper firm who at least reply. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I never write reviews, but feel inclined to after my terrible experience at the Sevenoaks branch on Wednesday (15th July). We are paying customers, and the hostility and rudeness we experienced from the woman who answered the door for absolutely no reason was off the charts. Her behaviour and the way I was spoken to completely caught me off guard, nobody should be spoken to like that and I truly hope this incident is looked into further. Not the sort of service you would expect from a business of this sort, especially when the branch I had been dealing with up to this point has been nothing but brilliant. A real shame.
My experience with Taylor Rose Solicitors has been the worst experience I have ever had with a professional service. Communication was extremely poor throughout the entire process. Emails regularly went unanswered, and when responses did arrive, they were often delayed and unhelpful. The lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and significantly delayed the progress of my matter. To make matters worse, my name was repeatedly recorded incorrectly despite informing them several times and requesting that it be corrected. It is very frustrating to see basic details continually overlooked, especially when dealing with important legal matters where accuracy is essential. There also appeared to be no clear chain of responsibility or accountability, making it difficult to get answers or understand who was actually handling my case. The overall service felt disorganised, inefficient, and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Taylor Rose Solicitors to anyone. The delays, lack of communication, repeated mistakes, and poor customer service made what should have been a straightforward process far more difficult than it needed to be. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for legal representation.

Claire Ford is an absolute pleasure to have as a solicitor. Unfortunately for me and my family a disaster happened regarding the house getting damaged and the whole process from instruction to finish has been amazing. She always has time for you and will respond accordingly to her presumed busy schedule. Absolute no faults with Claire whatsoever and is a delight to have at your company and branch. Hopefully things for me and my family will come good but either way Claire has been the best and will recommend her to everyone I know who wants to purchase a house. Thanks Claire

Jade Brown has been outstanding taking over the death of my disabled brother with short notice. Jade sorted out a barrister and all the Inquest material seamlessly and with professionalism. Nothing was too much for her and she was very supportive. Post Inquest she managed the damages process without causing us distress. Lauren has been brilliant for us and I would highly recommend her. She’s always and the end of the phone and will reply to emails quickly. We had a few problems with our buyers solicitors, but Lauren dealt with it and kept things moving.

Horrendous customer service. Off the scale hostility and absolutely no way to speak to a paying customer. Never have I ever been treated like this before especially when you’re paying thousands. A formal investigation has already been raised for the incident at the front door on Wednesday 15 July at 12:50 a.m. I really hope their CCTV has audio to hear the way we were spoken to.

We instructed Paul Green to act for us on the sale of our property. Both him and Jasmine Drury were approachable, friendly and overall excellent throughout the process. Our sale went through within 8 weeks, problem free, this is all thanks to Paul and Jasmines efficiency. I would recommend Paul a million times over, thank you so much!
