Really poor service. can only reach them when they need to collect money.

The final bill is almost double of the initial quotation. Urge to pay the final balance before completion and would have returned if not required. Query after completion using the data provided. Even thought the invoice was revised down but there was still no refund because of some "hidden . disbursement" Never provide the final statement showing where the fund went to although request it few times .

Useless- have to wait between 30 and 50 minutes for someone to asnwer the phone everytime I call. I was assigned Taylor rose for my remortage and it has taken months for what should have been a simple task- Task handlers also making excuses (has been off sick, is on holiday etc.) for the Lawyers who will not speak to you directly. Avoid if possible

Honestly, would've been much higher rating if it wasn't for the fact that the solicitor rang us near completion of a remortgage to tell us to pay a shortfall of £3000. No explanation, just a terse call saying we owe money and to transfer it. Turned out to be an error on the solicitors side as they generated the redemption statement too early, adding pending direct debit payments that haven't been cleared yet. Even without our broker, we spotted the mistake immediately so I wonder how legal professionals aren't able to double check figures before calling a client for a large sum of money.. terrible service to put your client through the panic within days of completion.

The whole Taylor Rose team were very approachable with a smooth conveyancing process. Few complications like late mortgage offer and extra process required due to solar panels were handled professionally and with utmost priority. Highly recommended!

Lauren has been brilliant for us and I would highly recommend her. She’s always and the end of the phone and will reply to emails quickly. We had a few problems with our buyers solicitors, but Lauren dealt with it and kept things moving.

Horrendous customer service. Off the scale hostility and absolutely no way to speak to a paying customer. Never have I ever been treated like this before especially when you’re paying thousands. A formal investigation has already been raised for the incident at the front door on Wednesday 15 July at 12:50 a.m. I really hope their CCTV has audio to hear the way we were spoken to.
I never write reviews, but feel inclined to after my terrible experience at the Sevenoaks branch on Wednesday (15th July). We are paying customers, and the hostility and rudeness we experienced from the woman who answered the door for absolutely no reason was off the charts. Her behaviour and the way I was spoken to completely caught me off guard, nobody should be spoken to like that and I truly hope this incident is looked into further. Not the sort of service you would expect from a business of this sort, especially when the branch I had been dealing with up to this point has been nothing but brilliant. A real shame.
We instructed Paul Green to act for us on the sale of our property. Both him and Jasmine Drury were approachable, friendly and overall excellent throughout the process. Our sale went through within 8 weeks, problem free, this is all thanks to Paul and Jasmines efficiency. I would recommend Paul a million times over, thank you so much!
