I have worked with Gemma Hastewell for the past eight years on a number of family law matters, primarily relating to divorce proceedings, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Throughout every stage of the process, Gemma has been exceptional. After 10 years chasing answers and justice, it still feels like it was refused and never delivered. Even solicitors can make mistakes, but apparently not these ones. My experience left me with the impression that Taylor Rose Solicitors serve their own kind before their clients.
I have been dealing with Taylor rose regarding a remortgage and divorce payment. I can honestly say it’s been excellent. Paige Thomas who was my assigned solicitor was on the ball from day one with open communication and replied to all my question and dealt with my case quickly. Recommend 100%.

Having been left in the lurch when my solicitor of another large firm suddenly left, I decided to go with Taylor Rose as they had so many good reviews. I wasn’t disappointed, the contrast was hugely different in a positive way. Paul Antoniou was keen to take over on my two cases. Whilst legal matters are never straight forward I found the whole journey with him to be productive and informative. He had a proactive approach and communicated very well at each stage of the process. I cannot recommend Paul and Taylor Rose enough. Thanks!

Recently worked with them for a somewhat complicated property sale. Narin and Amna went above and beyond for everything to go as smooth as possible. Would work with them again in the future.
I was disappointed with my experience with Taylor Rose Solicitors management in My case handler was Annum Hussain, and I was told that she had left the firm\. This left me uncertain about who was responsible for my matter and how it would be managed\. On another occasion, when I called reception and asked to speak to Alya, I was asked whether I wanted to speak to Annum or Alya\. I found this confusing because of the information I had previously received\. I also had to contact the firm to follow up on the return of my funds after being given an indication of when they would be returned\. I felt that I should not have had to chase this payment\. Overall, these issues caused me significant stress and frustration\. I believe clients should receive clear and consistent information, know who is responsible for their matter, and receive timely updates about payments and other important developments\. I am sharing this review to describe my personal experience and hope the firm improves its communication and customer service\.
Do not use this firm unless you want to be in distress and absolute chaos trying to communicate with them. If there was option to leave no starts I would. You’ve got staff who were trained on a whiteboard in 5 minutes working there and you’ve got DEBBIE SINCLAIR who answers clients calls to tell them she’s OUT WALKING HER DOG and will get back to you when she actually doesn’t. This firm lies about who’s working there so you don’t catch on to how terrible they are at their jobs. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM .
I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken by the way I have been treated by Taylor Rose Solicitors in Peterborough. The distress, frustration and unnecessary worry I have experienced throughout this matter have been unacceptable. My experience has raised serious concerns about the professionalism, communication and level of customer service provided by this firm. I have particular concerns regarding Manager Debbie Sinclair, my case handler Annum Hussain, and Alya, who was also involved in communications concerning my case. I was given an explanation that Annum Hussain had suddenly left, which left me confused about the handling of my case. On another occasion, when I telephoned reception and asked to speak to Alya, the receptionist asked whether I wanted to speak to Annum or Alya. This left me with further questions about the information I had previously been given. Throughout this experience, I have felt let down by the communication and the way my concerns have been handled. I have also had to chase the return of my own funds despite being given an indication of when the money would be returned. No client should have to experience this level of distress, uncertainty and frustration when instructing a professional legal firm. I trusted Taylor Rose Solicitors to handle my matter professionally, communicate honestly and treat me with respect. Sadly, my experience has fallen far short of those expectations. I am leaving this review because I believe other potential clients deserve to know about my experience before deciding whether to instruct this firm. I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously, investigates what happened and improves the service provided to clients. This experience has left me deeply upset and disappointed. I would not want another client to go through the same experience I have endured.
