Everything is completed quickly and accurately, all topics are explained clearly and she has always taken the lead with all involved parties to get the same and purchase over the line. Great experience - efficient, highly recommend

We had a really good experience using Nelsons Solicitors for our house purchase and sale, especially working with Rachel Bushell. She was brilliant throughout the whole process - really responsive, easy to get hold of, and always quick to come back to us with updates or answers to questions. Nothing ever felt like too much hassle, even when we were probably asking the same things more than once! We inherited Nelson's having instructed Simpson Jones to do our house sale & purchase. This did cause some unease during the switchover however, Kani moved across.
